Sorry about the title, I've left my brain somewhere today and I can't quite remember where...! I've been up to lots of crafty stuff lately. I managed to finish the 3 white blood cell brooches I started the other day. I'm quite pleased with the colours I chose for these ones. The colours I pick are generally based on what sort of mood I'm in! No two are the same, these will soon be found in my little shop.
I've taken over the dining room table and made a start on a batch of knitting needle cases. Monday night I cut out enough fabric to make 6 and last night I managed to sew 3 of them together. You can find photos of them on Flickr and they too will be in my shop soon. I'm also planning on making a smaller prototype version for double pointed needles and crochet hooks - I need one for my bits and bobs so if it turns out alright I'll make a few for my shop too! I'm quite enjoying working with fabric for a bit of a change - felt will still be my first love!
The new amoebas are slowly coming along and I've even made a start on a quilt that I was supposed to make for Ann last Christmas - Sorry Ann! I know I'm rubbish! I promise it'll be done for this Christmas!
